CHARGERY is founded in 2006, a first maufacturer who design professional SMPS for RC model in China, we are unique in the UAV (RC model, big drones) and EV (e-bike, e- motorcycle, e-scooter) market. We have developed high-power AC chargers and BMS units simultaneously.

we have been focused on developing high-power chargers (up to 60A 3000W), balance chargers (AC input, DC input, and AC/DC dual input), and 800A BMS units for up to 24S LiPo/LiFe/LiTO batteries.

Chargery chargers can charge any type of chemical battery, including LiPo, LiFe, Li-ion, LiTo, NiMh, NiCD, and Pb (lead acid, VRLA battery). The cell count, charge current, end voltage, and end current can all be programmed, and the chargers feature anti-spark and reverse polarity protection when high-voltage batteries are connected to the charger or inverter/loader.

Chargery BMS units can handle up to 800A of charge and discharge current, with a specially designed DC contactor (DCC) that includes a surge suppressing circuit.


Two core technology

The charger and power supply with high power and high efficiency utilize ZVS/ZCS and Synchronous Rectification to achieve 94% high efficiency. The MCU controls the output voltage and current, allowing all charging parameters to be programmed, and keep the high accuracy during charging.

The BMS has high accuracy and measures cell voltage, charge and discharge current, and battery temperature using 12-bit or 16-bit ADC.

Chargery BMS and Charger communicate with each other, eliminating the need for cutting off charging through Open DCC or relay. This feature saves charging time and extends battery life, don't need any Relay, SSR to cut off charging when any cell reaches its terminal voltage.
