200A Uni-directional DC Contactor

200A 50V 80V 110V Uni-directional DC contactor mainly apply to battery charge or discharge in EV or Storage energy system.

DCC, SSR, relay, powe switch, battery charge, discharge, DC contactor, Solid state relay.

The DC contactor is designed special work with CHARGERY BMS’, and support other control signal from more devices. the following are some features: 

• Low-power consumption, only 0.015A max. driven current at 12V.
• Wide driven voltage range 5V-32V dc , suitable other more driven siganl from other device.
• The DCC series functions as a power switch for applications like battery charge/discharge protection, conserving battery energy while replacing SSR (Solid State Relays) or conventional relays.
• Isolated driven volage is more safe.
• The DCC can be Installed on positive side and more safe than on negative.
• Uni-directional connection, can be used in a separte port such as a EV.
• The DCC has a Built-in the surge suppressing circuit, thereby eliminating the need for the additional Relay Delay Time board which is used to avoid a surge current when starting to charge or discharge. For other SSR's or mechanical relay, please consider the surge current potentials seriously and make a suitable plan for using a delay board as applicable. 
• Over temperature protection. If internal temperatures over heat, the contactor will shut off. 
• One Intelligent cooling fans turned on automatically

CHARGERY DCC should be installed on the battery positive. It has the following advantage: 

• Lower holding current (under 15mA for 600A DC Contactor), save more battery energy. 
• Uni-directional allows it to be used in separate port configurations. 
• The Relay Delay Time Board Even is not needed to avoid surge current, as it is built-in.
