How to buy

1. Search product you want on our online store
2. Confirm the product specifications and click "ADD TO CART"
3. If the product specifiction don't meet you, please upload your special requirements, we can customize and OEM for you.
4. If you ask a special dlivery date, please choose the date on "Deilvery Date", we will deliver you before or on this date.
5. For large volume order or cannot display delivery options, please contact us.

how to pay

In shopping cart, fill in the ship-to address, pleas pay by paypal, the price don't include any import duty caused on your local custom. we will pay the 5% of Paypal handel fee.

Before pay your order, it is better to send us email to confirm the delivery date.

How to delivery

• The lead time is 1-10 working days after you paid by Paypal.
  
• Your ship-to address must include zip code and telephone number, and the city must match the zip code.
• Generally we deliver you by DHL that is preferred shipping way, if it is not available and/or slower than by UPS, Fedex or TNT, EMS, we will deliver by other way. Another shipping way is by China Post with register number, it is cheaper by Express, but the dlievery time is around 20-90days.
• If  the ship-to city is in remote area, we will inform you by email or by others and inform you how to pay extra freight.
• If you choose the Delivery Date, and we cannot deliver you beofre the date, we will inform you and discuss the final delivery date with you.
• After delivery, we will fill the trakcing number and you can check it on the website.
• If need special delivery way, please fill it as "comments "

How to refund

• if you are not satisfied with our products, within 7 days from you received,  we would like to refund you by Paypal, and the money will come back to your paypal account.
• Before refund, please send back total products you received and pay the freight from you to us, we will check all you returned, and refund you within  3days.

Products warranty

In warranty time, all produts repair or exchange is free, exclude mis-operation or any damaged by manual. Generally it is one year from the date of purchase,  some prouducts warranty two years.
